Claire Dolby RCST/ Craniosacral Therapy

Claire qualified as an Osteopath in 1985 and a Craniosacral Therapist in 1987.  Since then she has established a busy professional practice.  She is also an experienced teacher involved in the training of Craniosacral practitioners in England (at the Karuna Institute), Europe and USA.  Claire specialises in working with babies, children and families. 

It is now recognised that many developmental difficulties in young children and some behavioural patterns may have their root in prenatal or birth experiences.

In CST work with babies and older children we explore how their history may be affecting them both physically and emotionally.  We seek to resolve these early traumatic memories and help the body to relax and resolve them, leaving an overall sense of ease and contentment and an increase in health.
